Ritrama Digital Vinyl
We stock a wide range of Ritrama digital vinyl, suitable for all applications. Our selection features both monomeric and polymeric options, which come in gloss white, matt white and gloss clear finishes. We also provide the option to take our digital vinyl in alternate configurations which utilize BLOCKOUT and Airflow technologies for over-posting and ease of application. Ritrama digital vinyl is compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, Latex and UV inks.
We supply digital vinyl at 760mm, 1370mm and 1600mm widths. Any product that you select on our website, will list the standard sizes that you can purchase it from us at.
We offer monomeric and polymeric Ritrama digital vinyl with life expectancies from 3 to 5 years. If you need a sign with a long life, make sure you select a polymeric vinyl and laminate it with an equal life product to further extend its life.
The quality of your Ri-Jet P75 won’t begin to degrade for 24 months under correct storage conditions. All Ritrama digital vinyl has a rated, ideal shelf-life of 2 years. Beyond the rated life, the quality will begin to gradually diminish. You may well get more years of use out of it; however, it is best practice to regularly assess the digital’s quality and if you are selling it, make it known that it is beyond its shelf-life.
Ideal storage conditions for Ritrama digital vinyl are between 20°C and 25°C. Anything below or above this may impact the storage life of the product. It is best practice to keep your stock held in a temperature-controlled environment, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Your digital rolls should ideally be sealed in a box or wrapping, and be stored in an upright position to protect it’s surface.
If you are applying vinyl for outdoors use, you will often require a polymeric vinyl. In the Ritrama range, this is the P75 series. Polymeric vinyl is more durable, and has a longer life-span than monomeric vinyls. Furthermore, especially for outdoors applications; you might want to consider laminating with a matching product, or even one that provides UV resistance which will shield your print from the sun and prevent colour bleaching.
We sell Ritrama digital vinyl in 50 meter rolls, as we do with all of the monomeric and polymeric sign vinyls that we supply.
Ritrama make Blockout versions of their M80 and P75 digital vinyls, which are specifically designed for over-posting. Ritrama’s Blockout range is thicker than their optima counterparts and feature a grey adhesive backing, which increases the opacity of the product.
