Chevron Board - choose your size

With many tippers and trailers being made to measure, it seems only right that the chevrons needed for them would be too. Our easy to apply chevron boards are made on request – so they’ll fit just right for your specific tipper or trailer.

Simply enter the sizes you require into the boxes above and a price will be calculated. Then choose the material you would like it to be manufactured from and whether you’d like a self-adhesive option or one applied to board (applied to 3mm aluminium composite).

How to measure for your Chevron Board from Victory Design

When supplying the required measurements for your chevron board, please include the required width as the full width needed – i.e. both the left and right sides of the chevrons. Our team will then split the width in half to find the centre point of the chevrons when creating the board.

For example, for the board above, the dimensions that should be provided are:
Required Width: 1850mm
Required Height: 380mm

Self-Adhesive Chevron Board

A self-adhesive chevron board is supplied for you to apply to a board that you already have (such as an aluminium composite board). The reflective red chevrons are applied to the yellow fluorescent, ready for you to apply as one large piece (or pieces).

An Applied To Board Chevron Board

If you choose an ‘Applied To Board’ Chevron Board, we will apply the fluorescent yellow and reflective red chevrons onto a 3mm aluminium composite board, sized for the chevrons you have ordered. This can then be fitted to the vehicle as required.

Please note - we do not supply chevron boards pre-drilled. This is in order to allow more flexibility at installation time, where the boards can be drilled in the exact places required for the best installation.

Reflective and Fluorescent materials for Chevron Boards

Our chevron boards are supplied in 4 different material options – choose from the following:

• Diffuse R3B Prismatic Red Reflective with Diffuse Swift Apply Fluorescent Yellow – R3B compliant.
• Avery V-6722 Red Reflective with Oracal 7510 RapidAir Fluorescent Yellow – R3B compliant.
• 3M Diamond Grade Red Reflective with Fluorescent Yellow – R3B compliant.
• Oralite 5400 Reflective Red with Oracal 7510 RapidAir Fluorescent Yellow.

Side Stripes and Vehicle Text

Many vehicles requiring chevron boards will also need reflective side stripes and additional text decals, such as Highway Maintenance text.

All side stripes supplied will be R3B compliant, so you’re safe in the knowledge that all of the vehicle markings will be Highways compliant. The reflective side stripe supplied with your chevron board will be 15 metres as standard.

If you need text with the chevron board, simply select one of the options when placing your order. Vehicle text will be built in to the chevron board.

Delivery of Chevron Boards

In order to minimise transportation costs, we may split your chevron board in half. If you require it in one section, please enter notes in the comments box when ordering and we will arrange a price for the delivery.
